3 – Darcy’s – “Crispy Chipotle Chicken Burger”
Crispy chicken burger sensation: A Darcy’s staple, the 5oz chicken breast is marinated in buttermilk and breaded to order. 5 – Ferris’ Oyster Bar and Grill – “The Burger”

6 – Irish Times Pub – “Lamb Burger”
A gourmet variation: Made from 100% minced lamb from Four Quarters Meats, aged cheddar cheese, house made apple chutney and roast garlic mayo. Topped with butter lettuce, roma tomatoes and red onion. The only one you need: House cured bacon, chuck and caramelized onion make up the patty. Dressed up with Gruyere cheese, house made tomato jam, a patented “Fancy Sauce”, iceberg lettuce, & red onion. 9 – Spinnakers Gastro Brewpub – “Brewpub Burger”
Local environmentally-conscious burger: For over 18 years now, this landmark local brewery has given its spent grain from the brewing process to Highland Bound Ranch. The cattle are fed the grain and in return, Spinnakers get the free range, organic beef for the burger. 10 – The Pink Bicycle – “Blue Flame Beef Burger”
The original gourmet: named after the dragster car of the 70’s “The Blue Flame.” Spicy chilli mayo, blue cheese, and Springford farms beef on a Bond Bonds bun. 11 – 5th Street Bar and Grill – “BBQ Buffalo Burger”
Buffalo, lower in fat, higher in protein meat: Fresh ground free-range, hormone-free house made buffalo patty cooked to order on Victoria’s only wood-fired grill.
