Vancouver Island Corn Maze

Your final weekend to get lost in a one-of-a kind unique corn maze located in North Saanich. Bring the whole family & venture out into the “We Heart Vancouver Island” corn maze. Dress warm, wear boots, bring a flashlight & for the little ones a stroller with larger style wheels. Small interactive maze available for the kids.

Evil Acres Slaughter House Extreme

PumpkinFest at Galey Farms

Fun for the whole family. Entertainment including face painting, hay-rides, train rides, corn maze, petting farm, haunted house & plenty more activities for the children to enjoy. Don’t forget to check out the Cow Train ~ new this year.

Admission: 1 Train Ride or Corn Maze Ticket – $10/adult; $7/child; $45/family combo (2 adults,2 children); Petting Farm – with purchase of first ticket or $2/person.

Festival Of Fear

Another year of fear taking place at Galey Farms featuring a Haunted House for kids & and an EVEN scarier 6000sqft CarnEvil Haunted House for adults. Get lost in the fully animated Cornfield of Horror featuring a haunted mansion, pirate island, the Addams graveyard & more. Don’t forget to hop on the Crazy Train.

Haunted Zipline

Haunted Night Zipline Tours is full of terror and fun! There are strange creatures running amok & spooky tales to be told. Ghosts, monsters & tall tales are all a part of this very interactive experience, available only around Halloween. (You can take Haunted zip tour during the day for a less spooky experience.)

Halloween Spooktacular Fireworks

A spooktacular halloween evening of treats & fireworks! There will be live entertainment, carnival games, nibbles & bites for all ages. Come early to get a good viewing spot for the fireworks.

Pumpkin Art In Oak Bay

Businesses in Oak Bay Village will be holding their fourth annual merchant carving contest. Pumpkins will be displayed in shop windows. Trick-or-treating to take place between 2-5pm (business will display pumpkin poster).

Bonfire at Fireman’s Park

After you have exploring the pumpkin art & trick-or-treating head over to Fireman’s Park for a evening bonfire.

7th Annual Halloween Party

Wear your costume & get your dance on. Sponsored by KOOL Fm & City Centre Park enjoy a late afternoon Halloween party with your friends & family.

Halloween Bonfire in Esquimalt

Hosted by Esquimalt Lions. Everyone is welcome to this annual favourite community event. Wear your costumes as their will be a costume contest for all ages, prizes donated by local merchants. Activities available for the children.

Saturday October 31
Time: 6-9pm
Admission: FREE, hot dogs & hot chocolate by donation.
Location: back parking lot of Archie Browning Centre, 1151 Esquimalt Rd

Eerie Acres Haunted House

There is a one acre property in East Sooke that is home to a unique yearly haunted attraction, Eerie Acres takes you on a 20 minute tour through the house, the woods, full scale effects & a cemetery with many creatures roaming throughout.They also provide bail out areas for chickens & children at any time throughout the tour.

Safe Halloween in Sooke

Don’t miss the fireworks at 8pm – display put on by the Sooke Fire Department. Bring the family there will be games, bouncy castle & entertainment available. Food booths for your hungry treat-or-treaters.

Location: Sooke Municipal Hall & John Phillips Park

Sidney’s Treat Street

A family friendly trick-or-treat event for the late afternoon. Families will be invited to bring their children down to Sidney for trick-or-treating. 56 participating locations – just look for the Treat Street poster on the business door.
