The first set of stores are opening at the new Eagle Creek Village, located directly across from Victoria General Hospital. When complete, Eagle Creek Village will include retail stores, a professional and medical services office building, and both residential rental units and condominium homes.

- Western Financial, Feb 15
- Quality Foods, Feb 25
- Cobbs Bakery, will open near the end of February
- YM-YWCA, will open in April 2016
A 60-unit residential rental apartment complex is expected to be ready by spring. It will have one and two bedroom layouts, ranging from 591 to 920 square feet in size, according to the project’s website.
The plaza’s anchor tenant will be Quality Foods grocery store with over 100,000 square feet in space.
Other familiar tenants will include Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Bosley’s, Cascadia Liquor Store, Great Clips and Forbes Pharmacy.
