The region’s tallest Christmas tree will be lit during a festive celebration at Uptown on Saturday, November 19.
Arrive early to snag the best seats to the Christmas Parade. Take advantage of the entire Boulevard!
A mini parade of Christmas characters, including Santa himself will kick-off the event along with the Reynolds High School Marching Band and a performance of Jingle Bell Rock.
The parade will begin at 6:05pm and loop Uptown Boulevard twice, after this, a performance of Jingle Bell Rock will take place outside of H&M.
Santa’s official lighting of Uptown’s 54-foot Christmas tree with its 500 branches and 25,000 lights will follow.
Visitors are encouraged to bring new scarves, mittens and hats for donation to the Our Place Society. A large donation box will be set up at guest services to receive goods during the event.
Uptown Boulevard will remain car-free for the remainder of the evening for visitors to enjoy shopping, live holiday music, and celebrations.
