An E&N railway bridge near Esquimalt that often proves to be a bit too tight of a fit for tractor-trailers has claimed another victim.
On Monday afternoon, a Van Kam transport truck became stuck under the rail bridge on Herewood Road.
One resident who has lived on the street for several years says this is the third time they’re aware that it’s happened to a Van Kam truck.
The truck was eventually freed, but the trailer sustained extensive damage.
