Oak Bay police are asking for public assistance in locating 56-year-old Ronald Merner missing since April 20.
Merner was last seen around 8 p.m. at his home. It’s believed he had gone to the McNeil Bay area near at Beach Drive and St. Patrick Street in Oak Bay.
Merner is described as white male, 5’8” tall, weighing 170 lbs, with a medium build. He has brown/grey hair, blue eyes and wears glasses.
Police said it is uncharacteristic for him to be out of contact and is cause for concern.
