Share

Looking to satiate your strawberry cravings? Hankering for a weekend of local food, wine, and good company?

From June 24 to 25, the Saanich Peninsula has it all.

The 2017 Strawberry Buzz Festival is a wonderful chance to explore the cuisine and landscape of the Capital Region.

The festival itself is free, but don’t miss the chance to experience the two ticketed CRFAIR fundraiser events: the Simply deVine Pig Roast ($30), and the Strawberry Pancake Breakfast ($8 adults, $5 kids).

On Saturday and/or Sunday, treat yourself to a self-guided tour, biking or driving through your choice of thirteen Markets, Farms, Vineyards, Cideries, Breweries and more!

Free samples and products will be available at several locations, including:

  • Strawberry-infused cider slushies at Sea Cider
  • Strawberry samples at Gobind Farms
  • Strawberry gelato samples at Mosi Bakery
  • Free honey samples and strawberry kombucha at Babe’s Honey

Create your perfect route across the peninsula with the Flavour Trails Map:

The $30 price includes the full meal and music.  Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are available at additional cost.   Purchase online tickets here.
