Victoria police have located missing man Justin Storms and confirm he is safe.
Storms was the subject of a missing person alert in late July.

Victoria police are looking for a 40-year-old man with a health condition after he missed a scheduled appointment on Saturday.
Justin Storms was last seen the night before but hasn’t been heard from since. The family said it is out of character for him.
He has a health condition which requires daily medication that he does not have with him, said Victoria police spokesman Const. Bowen Osoko.
“His family are quite concerned for his well-being and need to locate him safely,” he said.
Storms is described as white male with brown eyes and medium length brown hair that is shaved on the sides. He has a large build, standing five feet eight inches tall and weighing about 200 pounds.
Anyone who sees Storms is asked to call 911.
