Share

Investigators are searching for a driver involved in an apparent “road rage” incident that occurred last Friday morning involving a vehicle and three pedestrians.

Officers are looking for the driver of a dark grey 2005 to 2010 four door Ford Focus sedan. He and the vehicle were involved in what witnesses are describing as a “road rage” incident at Broad and Johnson streets around 8:30 am on Friday, August 11th.

Police describe the driver as a Caucasian male, approximately 45 to 56 years-old, with short grey hair.

Windows and Tail Lights Smashed

Witnesses reported that an interaction between three pedestrians and the driver resulted in the smashing of the car’s the back window and tail lights.

Police were called. However, the driver, his vehicle, and two of the pedestrians departed the intersection before officers arrived. Investigators found evidence on scene consistent with witness descriptions of significant damage to the vehicle.

Officers are hoping to speak with the driver to confirm his well-being and to get his perspective on what occurred.
