Random Act of Kindness Day 2017
- What: Since 2008, this special day has brought Canadian communities together by engaging citizens in small acts of kindness and generosity. The message is simple: do something nice for someone and ask nothing in return, except that they do something nice for someone else. It doesn’t have to cost a cent. Holding open a door, sharing words of encouragement, saying hello to a neighbour – these are all the kinds of acts that citizens “pay forward” on this special day.

The Zone Band of the Month Showcase Vol 1
- What: You’ve rocked out to their songs on the radio all year long…now it’s time to check out the 2017 Bands of the Month perform LIVE! In no particular order, Illvis Freshly, Vaultry, Malahat, and Lawn Social will massage your eardrums right in front of you.
- Where: Distrikt Nightclub, 919 Douglas St.
- Time: 7:00pm – 11:00pm.

Victoria Royals host the Kelowna Rockets
- What: The Western Hockey League’s top team is in town tonight! Not Kelowna – the Victoria Royals. Off to a blazing 12-4-1 start and averaging a stupendous 5.1 goals per game, this could be the best Royals team we’ve seen.
- Where: Save-On-Foods Memorial Center
- Time: 7:05pm puck drop.

Art Night!
- What: Trying to find something fun to do with your Friday night? Come get creative with friends and family, and try our special drinks features for the night! For all our coffee lovers out there, we’ve got a premium decaf for some late night sipping. We will be supplying paint, paper, collage material and lots of other great stuff for everyone to use.
- Where: Pour Coffee, 817 Government St.
- Time: 7:00pm – 10:00pm.

Vicious Cycles MC 10th Anniversary
- What: The Vicious Cycles have toured up and down the West Coast of the USA, all around Western Canada, and they have even done a tour of Cuba. With members who have rocked in bands such as Raised By Wolves, Les Tabernacles, and the Tranzmitors, they now roll as a motorcycle club/rock n’ roll band.
