Restaurant threatens to release dine-and-dash photos

Share

Christie’s Carriage House Pub has called out a pair of customers who dined and dashed on Sunday, threatening to release photos of them.

UPDATE: The two women have contacted Christie’s Carriage House Pub and settled up their tab. They also left a generous tip for the server, according to Christie’s Pub.

The diners told the restaurant they inadvertently left without paying.

Faith in humanity restored! Thank you to the ladies who phoned to settle their bill up today, after inadvertently leaving without doing so this past Sunday.

The incident allegedly occurred on Sunday, November 5.

“If the two women who came in Sunday night for dinner and a few drinks and then left without paying their bill see this,” the Facebook post began.

“I’m willing to give you the benefit of the doubt for a few days. Please give us a call to arrange to settle your bill or we will post the still photos we have of you from our security cameras. Thank you, Christies Management.”

If you have any information on who these women might be, make sure to share this information with them and/or contact Christies at (250) 598-5333.

What started as a simple dine-and-dash could soon become a very public shaming.
