Staff and owners at Frontrunners Footwear on Vancouver Street were shocked and upset to find that their building had been targeted by vandals this weekend.
A sales associate at the store spoke to CTV News, stating that the swastikas and KGB graffiti were plastered across the windows, doors, and on the back of the downtown business.
As far as the staff knows, there is no reason why the sportswear store should have been targeted, and no other businesses in the area were similarly marked.
They hope that the incident will not be repeated after they finish wiping the graffiti off.
A police investigation and report is forthcoming.
