For the 11th year in a row, the city of Langford invites you to join them as they light up for Christmas!
It’s officially December, which means everyone is in holiday mode and preparations are in full swing.
So stop by Veteran’s Memorial Park tonight to take in some of that infectious holiday cheer and signal the start of another season of festivities.
There will be tons of activities for everyone in the family so bring the kids!
Here’s the itinerary for tonight:
5:00 PM – Goldstream Station Christmas Market opens up
5:30 PM – Free hot dogs and hot chocolate (while supplies last) courtesy of the Rotary Club of West Shore
6:00 PM – Santa arrives
7:00 PM – Official Christmas tree light up on Goldstream Ave
8:00 PM – Watch the IEOA Truck Light Convoy go by
The West Shore Community band will be filling the air with some festive tunes, and West Shore Parks & Recreation will also be setting up an arts & crafts station to keep the kids busy.
Langford Fire Rescue will also be collecting donations for the local food bank, so don’t forget to bring some non-perishable food items to donate!
