This afternoon, Victoria Police officers attended a call in the 500-block of Admirals Road.
Just after 12:30 PM, a man was assaulted with a weapon. Luckily, the police were able to locate him and have him transported to the hospital.
He has non-life threatening injuries and is expected to make a full recovery.
Police were able to track down the perpetrator shortly afterwards in the 600-block of Admiral’s Road, and taken into custody.
The two men knew each other and the assault was a result of a personal fight.
They are currently in the first stages of conducting an investigation.
