Winter is here!
And with cold weather warnings locking down the country, most people are content to stay indoors, sip hot chocolate, and enjoy the wonders of modern day heating.
But not Okanagan resident Kevin Inch – he took the cold weather as a challenge when his nephew, Aaron, suggested that the streets were cold enough to skate on.
