Whisky and beer for everyone!
Victoria’s own Twa Dogs Brewery & Caledonian Distillery has just announced that after a year and half of resounding success in B.C., they’re ready to quench the thirst of our neighbouring province.
With five whiskies, six beers, and the Twa Dogs: Dog Pack of mixed beers, the company has consistently seen an increase in retail locations carrying their products.
Making waves
So even though our wine may not be welcome in Alberta, this Victoria brand is steadily making its way into the hearts and fridges of our neighbours.
Over a dozen Alberta retailers now carry Prince Dougals Dram, Among the Heather, Highland Vatted Scotch, Speyside Vatted Scotch and Islay Vatted Scotch. Beers available include Drouthy Neighbour IPA, Jolly Beggars Pale Ale, Keekin Glass Pillsner, Parting Kiss Bourbon Barrel Ale, Seas Between Us Red Ale and Silver Flood Belgian Witbier.
“The enthusiastic response at home to our beers and whiskies has been encouraging. It has expedited the move to unveil our products in Alberta” said Macaloney.
