What: The topic of conversation is going to be all about starting up and running your own business.
If you are new to business, are thinking about starting a business and/or side hustle or have recently come up against a road block, come and take advantage of the collective wisdom.

Adult Drop-in Colouring
What: Come on Tuesday mornings for coffee, conversation and colouring. Bring your creativity to this relaxed colouring session. No prior experience required. Colouring pages, supplies, coffee and tea provided.

Public knitting night
What: All are welcome whether you knit , crochet, quilt, weave etc. It may be tricky to fit a floor loom in the shop though, but they will applaud your efforts!
They do also have a selection of yarns graciously donated to the shop by customers, if you are finding fibre arts cost prohibitive.

Tuesday Morning Flow
What: A warming and energizing flow class (vinyasa) to clear your mind and free your body. You will begin with grounding meditation, balancing breathing practices (pranayama) and move through a full body opening and strengthening sequence. The class will close with a relaxing and cooling sequence to prepare you for a productive and peaceful day.
