Phillips Comedy Night

What: The funniest night of the week is this Wednesday at The Mint! Each week Morgan Cranny and Drew Farrance bring the most hilarious comedian’s in the city together for a wonderful evening of fun at the best venue for stand up comedy in Victoria.

Langford Legion Night Market

What: The Langford Legion Night Market is an amazing night market for the whole family that runs once a month at the Legion on Station Avenue. On Wednesday, June 20th the Langford legion night market will be back for the last market of 2018 Spring Season. There will be live music, yummy food, great shopping and a few surprises too.

Book Launch: Orca (Jason M. Colby)

What: In his new book, Colby describes the shifting mindset surrounding “killer” whales, from pests to beloved creatures. This free event includes readings from the book by the author and admission to the Maritime Museum of BC, including it’s current featured exhibit, “A Whale’s Tale: The Incredible Story of British Columbia’s Changing Relationship with these Giants of the Deep”! Colby’s book will be for sale and he will be available for signings.
