Sidney/North Saanich RCMP are investigating a body floating in the water this morning.
At around 8:50 a.m. on Monday, July 2nd, officers responded to a call about the discovery of the body of a 60 year-old-man in the waters near North Saanich marina.
RCMP is currently investigating the incident along with the Sidney General Investigation section.
This story is still developing, as officers have stated that it is too early to determine whether or not there is anything suspicious about the death.
