The 2nd Annual 2018 Cops for Cancer McLean Hockey Game
- What: Get ready to place your bets because a team of Oak Bay first responders take on a team of Oak Bay High students and alumnus in the great Canadian game of hockey.The event, the 2nd Annual 2018 Cops for Cancer McLean Hockey Game, is a fundraiser for Cops for Cancer, and all money raised will go directly to the charity.

Egypt: The Time of Pharaohs
- What: If learning about ancient pyramids, hieroglyphs, and mummies sounds like an awesome way to spend your summer, then walk like an Egyptian down to the Royal BC Museum. The exhibit gives visitors a glimpse into all aspects of ancient Egyptian life, from the emergence of ancient Egyptian civilization along the Nile to the Ptolemaic and Roman eras.
