Sharpen your skates, Victoria!
This Sunday you have a chance to skate with current WHL stars, and maybe a few future National Hockey League players, and you can help celebrate Marty’s birthday with all his furry mascot friends.
The Victoria Royals are returning home after defeating the Kelowna Rockets 4-3 on Friday night, and a 2-1 victory over the Kamloops Blazers on Saturday, to extend their winning streak to six games.
After the Royals battle the Vancouver Giants in a Saturday-Sunday set this weekend, the Barn on Blanshard will stay open for a post-game skate Sunday.
With a few new faces joining the Royals during the off season, now is the time to be out sharing a fresh sheet of ice and a leisurely skate while meeting the new guys.
The skate generally lasts around 45 minutes.
Our first Skate w/ the Players is after the game on Sun. Oct. 14th! Get your autographs and your 📸 with your favourite players!
