This new service has got you covered!
Fresh Prep, a Vancouver-based meal kit delivery service, will deliver your favourite recipes and the fresh ingredients required to make them right to your doorstep.
And according to their latest press release, customers in Victoria will be able to sign up for the service starting this Friday, October 5th!
Here’s how it works
Customers who sign up for Fresh Prep receive pre-chopped, pre-portioned locally sourced ingredients delivered to their homes inside reusable, insulated cooler bags.
All you have to do is pick which dishes you want to make on a weekly basis, and everything you need to make them will be in the bag sorted by recipe.
And each recipe will contain step-by-step instructions on how to make these hearty, nutritious meals, all under 30 minutes!
“We know there are many people living in Victoria that would benefit from the convenience that Fresh Prep provides,” says co-founder Dhruv Sood.
“We’re excited to be expanding our service to our neighbours on the Island and we hope they enjoy a local service like ours that puts emphasis on sustainability and high-quality ingredients.”
