Drop off food donations for Victoria Royals’ tickets

We have extended our food drive for those that weren’t able to make it to our food drive on Tuesday. If you would like a pair of tickets to a Victoria Royals game, bring 3 non-perishable food items to our office and we will give you a pair of tickets. Bing six items if you need 4 tickets.

The Drowsy Chaperone

Winner of five Tony Awards, this original Canadian play is a fun-loving send-up of the Jazz Age musical, featuring one show-stopping song-and-dance number after another!
The play gently pokes fun at a myriad of musical theatre tropes, brought to us through the droll narration of a theatre fan who spends the evening alone, curled up in a chair in a one-bedroom apartment, playing the original cast recording of the 1928 musical, The Drowsy Chaperone. As the vinyl spins, colourful and chaotic characters spring to life, filling the living room with everyone from pastry chef gangsters to glamorous movie starlets. A parody wrapped in a love letter, this is a must-see for all musical fans.

Goodnight Mister Tom

Set during the dangerous build up to World War II, young William Beech is evacuated to the idyllic English countryside and forges a remarkable and heart warming friendship with the elderly recluse, Tom Oakley. The County Line (Acoustic)

A night of acoustic music as the festive season kicks off at McRae’s.

The County Line is a Victoria BC duo know for their vocal harmonies, high energy performances, and captivating on-stage chemistry. Comprised of singer/songwriters Megan Johns and Hayden Cyr, they perform with vocal styles, influences, and personalities that are contrasting but highly complimentary. Megan’s incredible voice soars above the music, and Hayden’s throaty timber brings a grit an fullness to their sound.

10th Annual Gingerbread Showcase

This fun charitable event will showcase the gingerbread houses of both professional and amateur bakers.

Vote for your favourite sugary structure, and all donations will go towards Habitat Victoria’s Build Program for families in need. Last year, they had over 25,000 visitors and more than $51,000 was raised!
