Tonight’s game against the Saskatoon Blades is officially “Victoria Buzz Night”!

This year, we’re partnering up with the Mustard Seed Street Church, so bring your non-perishable food items to donate to their food bank or take part in the ‘Header Challenge‘ (the one nailed by the Royals in a video posted by Dante Hannoun) in exchange for entries to win our prize giveaway.

Gates open at 6:00 p.m., so come see us in the concourse for your chance to WIN a Victoria Royals jersey signed by the man himself, Dante Hannoun!

He’s back! Canadian icon Ed the Sock, star of the longest-running Canadian TV late-night show and game-changer at Muchmusic (when it was good), has always been the one to call ‘bullsh*t’ on media, celebrities, politicians, big business and others who deserve it.

Movie Night at the Market – The Holiday

Christmas Movie Night is becoming a tradition for many. Two women, one (Cameron Diaz) from America and one (Kate Winslet) from Britain, swap homes at Christmastime after bad breakups with their boyfriends. Each woman finds romance with a local man (Jude Law, Jack Black) but realizes that the imminent return home may end the relationship.

Movie Night at the Market is FREE of charge. They just ask that you make a donation of any amount to CFAX Santas Anonymous, to help ensure that all of the children of Victoria have a very Merry Christmas!

Martini Mixer

Join Ocean 98.5 at Blue Crab Seafood House for a night of food, drinks and fun all in support of the BC Children’s Hospital!

Guests will enjoy samples of the final five Ocean 98.5 listener martini recipe submissions as well as a variety of amazing appetizers courtesy of The Blue Crab Seafood House. Each guest will vote for their favourite martini of the night, awarding the best martini and its creators dinner for a year at the Blue Crab.

The event will be complete with entertainment and a silent auction. All proceeds raised will be donated to BC Children’s Hospital
