Travellers to the mainland may need to prepare for a late night, or even postpone their plans until tomorrow, as 3 ferry sailings have already reached capacity.
According to the B.C. Ferries website, the 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 7:00 p.m. sailings are all already 100% full.
At the time of publication, the 8 o’clock ferry is 60% full, and the last boat at 9 o’clock is nearly 50% full as well.

While B.C. Ferries sometimes schedules additional sailings for holidays, none were added for this Remembrance Day long weekend, which also acts as a reading break for many school and universities.
During Thanksgiving, for example, more than 80 trips were added between Swartz Bay and Tsawwassen for the three day weekend.

Travellers from Victoria to Vancouver aren’t the only ones who should keep an eye out. A recent tweet from B.C. Ferries warns that a Tswassen to Duke Point sailing is also being delayed.
#ServiceNotice #DukePoint – #Tsawwassen – #QueenofCoquitlam is operating 39 mins behind schedule. One of the ships elevators is out of service which added time to bring stores aboard the vessel. You can check the service notice here: https://t.co/6JLoZ1OMhq ^rz
