The first-ever ‘Story Time with Santa’ at the Bay Centre is this Sunday

Share

The holidays are right around the corner, and with December starting this weekend, why not bring your little ones (or the young at heart) to hear a story read by none other than St. Nicolas himself?

For the first time ever, Victoria Buzz along with the Bay Centre is hosting a ‘Story Time with Santa‘on Sunday afternoon in support of the BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

The half-hour event is perfect for kids, and will include a Christmas tale read by Santa Claus and a community sing-along with the Victoria Children’s Choir.

Can’t make it in person?

If you can’t make it down there in person, don’t worry! Victoria Buzz will be live streaming the event on our Facebook page and your kids can ask Santa some questions in the interactive comments section of the video.

This first-of-its-kind winter event in the city is being hosted by yours truly in partnership with the Bay Centre and BC Children’s Hospital Foundation.

You can see a little holiday magic light up the faces of the kids seeing Santa, and support kids facing medical challenges.

While you’re at the shopping centre, make sure to visit all the wonderfully decorated trees for the 27th annual Festival of Trees in support of BC Children’s Hospital Foundation. Text to vote for your favourite tree (like ours 😉) for a chance to win a $500 Bay Centre gift card!

Proceeds will support the most urgent health care needs of kids in BC.
