Victoria Police are investigating an incident on Gorge Road East by the Robin Hood Motel near Washington Avenue.
A male in a wheel chair was found in the middle of the road suffering from serious head injuries. Unconfirmed reports say the man was struck by a vehicle. Witnesses tell Victoria Buzz the driver remained on the scene.
Traffic is being redirected in the area.
