According to Environment Canada, we’re in for 7 straight days of rain starting today, with temperatures never breaking the double digits.
The week’s worth of rain runs through Monday, December 10th to December 16th, with more rain expected to fall next week according to the weather agency’s long-term forecast.
Monday will see the least amount of rainfall, with only 5 mm expected.
Tuesday night is predicted to have at least double the amount of rain, with 10 – 20 mm, and high winds of 40 to 60 km/h blustering across the south island.
