While the next Winter Olympics is years away, Victorians won’t have to wait long to see Olympic-level athletes and performers take to the ice.

On May 14th, 2019, Stars on Ice will be returning to the Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre and this year’s tour features a host of Canadian Olympic medalists, including:

  • Patrick Chan: Olympic Gold and Silver Medalist, three-time World Champion, and ten-time National Champion
  • Kaetlyn Osmond: Olympic Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalist, 2018 World Gold Medalist and three-time National Champion
  • Meagan Duhamel & Eric Radford: Olympic Gold, Silver and Bronze Medalists, two-time World Champions, and seven-time National Pair Champions

Stars on Ice first began in the United States in 1986. Five years later, the first Canadian Stars on Ice tour kicked off, and since then Canadian athletes have performed 300 shows in the past 25+ years.

Past tour performers include Kurt Browning, Jamie Salé & David Pelletier, Kristi Yamaguchi, Brian Orser, Katarina Witt, and a whole lot more.

Last year’s tour, which stopped in Victoria, also starred Canada’s sweethearts, Tessa Virtue & Scott Moir.

Tickets for the 2019 tour go on sale this Friday, December 7th, with meet and greet passes and group discounts available.
