A 97-year-old Victoria woman, Dorothy, had a chance to share a bit of wisdom when she was interviewed during an episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live last week.
Dorothy was sitting in the studio audience of the show when she was asked to chat on camera in between segments.
“Dorothy, I would guess, and I swear to god I’m not just trying to make you feel good, I would guess you were 73 years old!” said Jimmy.
“Oh bless your heart,” replied Dorothy.
In the interview, Dorothy’s cutting wit is on full display as she reveals secrets on how to live a long life, the best time of the day to have birthday parties, and what she had for breakfast.
Originally from Canada’s prairies, Dorothy now lives in Victoria.
And according to that night’s guest, Tracy Morgan, the pair have “a few” legitimate and illegitimate children together.
