Update:
A 34-year-old Victoria man who was last seen walking away from the Royal Jubilee Hospital on April 13th was found safe by police on April 18th.
Police are thanking the public for their assistance in locating the man, Marcel McCarthy.
“Thank you to the public and the media for your assistance in getting the word out that he had been missing,” said VicPD in a statement.

Victoria police are asking for them public’s help in location a missing 34-year-old man.
In a release, police said Marcel McCarthy walked away from Royal Jubilee Hospital on April 13th.
Medical staff are extremely concerned for his health and wellbeing.
Marcel is described as a Indigenous man who stands 5’10 tall and weighs about 170 pounds.
He was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap and dark clothing.
