Victoria Police have arrested Sulyvan Dignard, a Montréal man wanted for on Canada-wide warrants for several serious charges.
Dignard was arrested in Victoria on May 9th and appeared in court in Montréal on May 15th facing charges of trafficking a person under age 18, procuring under the age of 18, assault, and withholding of documents related to human trafficking.

The investigation into his alleged crimes have revealed that there may be more victims across Canada that are associated with this case.
