Nicholas Cockburn, the 14-year-old youth who was the subject of a missing person notification has been located and his safety has been confirmed, first hand, by VicPD officers.
Please do not forget that anyone who is the subject of a missing person alert is not necessarily being sought out for illegal actions. Victoria Police are trying to find him or her to ensure that he or she is safe.
