Share

Skinnytato, a family-run Polish influenced restaurant located at 615 Johnson Street for the past 5 years, has closed its doors for good on September 6th, 2015.

The restaurant was known for their stuffed potato pancakes, perogies, and for being the only restaurant in Victoria to serve Polish beer.

Founders, Greg and Katherina Koper, posted the following message on their website and Facebook page:

“With deep gratitude, we would like to thank you, our extended family, for your support over the last 5 years.  It has been an honour and our dream come true to host you each and every day, but alas, retirement beckons and we look forward to what adventures lie ahead.

Again, please accept our heartfelt gratitude. We have been blessed with the kindest, most loyal customers in Victoria.

We will miss you all.”
