Watch out for the “living portraits” on Fort st.!!

Share

Something spooky is going on downtown… Check out the storefront at 636 Fort Street! (Warning, PG-13!)

The DVBA, Tourism Victoria and the City of Victoria have combined forces to bring a little fright to Victoria this Halloween.

These “Living Portraits” are part of the Halloween fun happening downtown! And there’s more!

For the perfect photo-op, visitors are invited to snap a pic and share the fright with the interactive bat mural at Tourism Victoria’s Visitor Centre, using the hashtag #VictoriaBOO.

The City of Victoria is working with local artist Steve Milroy to create ten black cats with solar powered illuminated eyes that will be installed throughout the downtown core for the second half of October.

And the DVBA is coordinating orange and green lights on Government Street’s trees, setting the mood.

With the most haunted houses in the province, dozens of spooktacular activities and events, and these frightening installations, Victoria is no doubt THE HALLOWEEN CAPITAL of BC!
