Crews working on replacing the 50 year old water main on Government Street and Chatham have struck a waterline sending water high up into the air.
Witnesses in the area tell Victoria Buzz the water is flowing out heavily. Traffic was able drive around the work site but it is highly suggested to avoid the area.
City of Victoria say one business was affected due to the break.
“Just drove by there. It’s a flowin,” Kristine Allard comments on our Facebook page.
