A pedestrian struck by a BC Transit bus at Dunedin Street and Gorge Road East is in hospital facing life-threatening injuries after a collision with a BC Transit bus.
The accident occurred around 5:45 p.m. Monday night. The street was closed for several hours while police investigated.
During the investigation it was determined the bus had swerved to avoid the man but that the back end of the bus had struck him.
No details are available at this time on what caused the crash.
