Victoria Police are asking for the public’s help in locating missing 35-year-old Amy MacNeil-Wells, who was last seen in the 900-block of Pandora Avenue, on December 23rd.
MacNeil-Wells is described as a 35-year-old Caucasian woman standing five feet, five inches tall with a small build. She has green eyes and dark black and dyed blue hair. She is also missing her teeth. She is usually wearing jeans, a hoody and a jacket.
