Environment Canada has issued a snowfall warning for East Vancouver Island, with total amounts of 5 to 10 cm expected.
Snow will continue over East Vancouver Island north of Parksville tonight with additional amounts of 5 cm expected.
Rapidly accumulating snow will make travel difficult. If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail lights ahead and be prepared to stop.
