Nanaimo RCMP have issued an arrest warrant for a 25 year old male in connection with the sexual assault of a 14 year old girl.
The incident occurred on Friday February 12th along the railway tracks near Hecate St and behind the Islamic Cultural Centre.
RCMP say Kynan James Krogel of Ladysmith is charged with one count of sexual assault.
Krogel is described as a white male who is 6 ft. 1 and weighs approximately 180 pounds. He has light brown hair, blue eyes and often sports a blonde beard which he has recently shaved off.
