As a part of Uvic Ideasfest, a presentation and panel discussion on hydro-climatic change in B.C. is being held tonight, March 10, titled, “Hotter, Drier Summers? Implications And Adaptations For B.C.”
The discussion will feature presentations, followed by a conversation between leading researchers and experts in agriculture, fisheries, water supply and forestry.
Presenters will talk about the climate impacts in their sectors. There will also be a general discussion on adaptation and solutions strategies for B.C.
