A new COBS Bread bakery is set to open this week, located across from the Victoria General Hospital in the new Eagle Creek Village.
All sales from the opening day will be donated to Victoria Hospital Auxiliary – Oasis Project.
The store will be open Wednesday, March 2 from 9-6 for Community Day, then going forward, the bakery will be open from 6am – 8pm, 7 days a week.
Cobs Bread is now the sixth store to open in the newly built Eagle Creek Village. Other stores currently opened include Tim Hortons, Subway, Coast Capital, Quality Foods, and Western Financial.
Other familiar tenants will include Starbucks, Dollar Tree, Bosley’s, Cascadia Liquor Store, Great Clips and Forbes Pharmacy.
