–earlier story: Victoria Police are asking for your help in locating missing Victoria man, Ralph Kofler.
Ralph is described as a fifty-five year-old caucasian man, standing 5’6” tall. He has blonde with thinning hair on top, has a small build and wears glasses.
Ralph’s family and police are deeply concerned for his well-being as going missing is extremely out of the ordinary for him.
