Victoria police are asking for your help as they urgently search for missing Victoria woman Magdalena Botea.
Magdalena is 8 months pregnant and police are deeply concerned that she is at immediate risk of harm.
Investigators have determined that Botea was last seen at the Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal just before 2 p.m. yesterday. Investigators have also received information that she planned to travel to Vancouver.
It appears she my have gotten on the 2pm ferry from Swartz Bay to Tswwassen.
Victoria police tell us they have reached out to Vancouver PD, Delta PD, Transit Police and others to help locate her.
Magdalena is described as an Asian woman standing 5′ 2″ tall, and has dark brown hair and brown eyes.
Magdalena is in her late third trimester and is noticeably pregnant. She was last seen wearing dark pants and summer shoes, and a white and black patterned top. Her hair was in a ponytail.
Magdalena’s family and police are deeply concerned for her health and believe she is at immediate risk of harm.
