Victoria police are hoping the public can assist them in locating missing 58-year-old Thurles Loughran.
He was reported missing on August 25; officers are concerned for his well-being.
Loughran is described as a white male, standing five-foot-10 and weighing 161 pounds. He has dark brown eyes and brown hair.
