Multi-platinum-selling progressive pop band Marianas Trench comes to Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre on Sunday, Feb. 12.

The show is part of the band’s national tour, Marianas Trench and the Last Crusade.

The tour is in support of Marianas Trench’s latest studio album Astoria which echoes one part 1980’s fantasy adventure film and one part classic Marianas Trench.

The show had originally been scheduled for last November but was postponed until now due to an illness within the band.

The Vancouver-based band has been entertaining audiences since its 2006 freshmen release Fix Me.

Now, the band is doing a national tour for their latest offering Astoria, which takes inspiration from the 1980s.

Those who want to see Marianas Trench live can do so when they hit Save-On-Foods Memorial Centre on Feb. 12 at 7:00 p.m. with special guests Shawn Hook.
