The Victoria Royals and Everett Silvertips are inviting you to a Sunday afternoon matinee where, to put it bluntly; it’s the biggest game of each team’s seasons.
Victoria fell down 3-2 in the best-of-seven series on Friday night and will be faced with a do-or-die scenario on home ice.
Friday’s game was packed with resiliency, as they tied it with under 5 minutes to force overtime, but ultimately were nixed by Eetu Tuuola’s overtime winner for the Silvertips.
The game-ending goal was not without controversy, however, as it went to video review for offside, but was ultimately deemed a good goal.
Victoria looks to even the series and force a crucial game 7 decider against the Western Conference’s top team.
