A 45-year-old man from Mill Bay was nabbed by police in Langford with a large quantity of marijuana inside his vehicle.
According to an RCMP news release, officers stopped a vehicle last Friday at 12:15 p.m. in the parking of the Real Canadian Superstore during a drug trafficking investigation.
West Shore RCMP said they conducted a search of the pickup truck and found 18 plastic bags of marijuana, totalling about 10 lbs.
The suspect is facing drug-related charges and was released on a promise to appear in court on October 5, 2017.
