You can get your first glimpse of Victoria Royals hockey on Wednesday night as the team hosts its 2017 Intra-squad game at Save-On-Foods Memorial Center.

Royals host garage sale prior to puck drop

If you’ve got hockey-loving youngsters roaming around your home, you may want to arrive at this game a little early.

Starting at 6 pm, the Royals will be hosting a garage sale at Gate 3. A variety of new and used equipment awaits. Helmets, gloves, and goalie pads will be available to browse, as will select game worn jerseys and team apparel.

Support the fight against BC’s wildfires

Partnering with The Salvation Army, all general admission fees will be by donation and go directly to helping those who’ve been affected by wildfires in BC’s interior.

“Like most people in BC, we have family, players and staff members who have been directly affected by the 2017 wildfires,” President and General Manager Cameron Hope said.
