The Vancouver Island Motor Gathering, a long-running event sponsored by GAIN Dealer Group, returns to Cowichan Valley this weekend!
On Sunday, August 27th, the Motor Gathering offers an opportunity for Island car buffs to not see the auto collections on display and view the track, which is normally an invitation-only venue.
100% of all donations will support local charities. Last year, the event raised $153,128 for the Cowichan District Hospital Foundation and the David Foster Foundation!
The Vancouver Island Motor Gathering began as an offshoot of the European Car Picnic, an event that GAIN helped to sponsor for over 15 years.
After three years of annual shows in Sidney, the Gathering made the move to a new high-performance race course in 2016.
For those not displaying cars, entry is by donation (minimum $5). More information can be found on Facebook.

- Where: The Vancouver Island Motorsport Circuit, located at 4063 Cowichan Valley Hwy, Duncan, BC.
- When: Sunday, August 27th. Registration arrival is between the hours of 8am and 10am. Spectator entry begins at 11am.
